On July 21, 2026, Mr. Anan Phothiphan, Director of the Regional Water Resources Office 7, assigned the Water Resources Conservation Division 1, Ratchaburi, to hold a meeting for the project to establish and provide knowledge to water user groups for the fiscal year 2026. The meeting took place in the area of the water supply system construction project to support water scarcity and agricultural activities in Phanom Thuan Subdistrict, Phanom Thuan District, Kanchanaburi Province, at the pavilion of Wat Khao Noi, Village No. 3, Phanom Thuan Subdistrict. Mr. Jamlong Muang, Mayor of Phanom Thuan Subdistrict Administrative Organization, presided over the opening ceremony.
       This opportunity enhanced knowledge and understanding of water distribution systems, water source maintenance, shared use, and the establishment of water user groups through participatory processes. The meeting participants included local leaders, community leaders, and users of the project's water resources, totaling 72 people.
