On July 21, 2026, Mr. Anan Phothiphan, Director of the Regional Water Resources Office 7, assigned Mr. Manchat Buathong, Director of the Administrative Division, along with staff, to participate in volunteer activities under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MNRE Volunteer Program). They worked in conjunction with the Royal Volunteer Command Center at Sanam Luang, distributing water and food with the Royal Kitchen to serve the public paying respects to the late Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother, at the Dusit Maha Prasat Throne Hall in the Grand Palace.
