On July 20, 2026, Mr. Anan Phothiphan, Director of the Regional Water Resources Office 7, assigned the Water Resources Conservation Division 1, Ratchaburi, to hold a meeting for the project to establish and provide knowledge to water user groups for the fiscal year 2026. The meeting took place in the area of the water distribution system construction project supporting agricultural areas in Ban Thung Masang, Village No. 4, Khao Changum Subdistrict, Photharam District, Ratchaburi Province, at the Khao Changum Subdistrict Administrative Organization meeting room. Mr. Chainarong Saengngern, Subdistrict Administrative Organization Secretary, presided over the opening ceremony.
       This opportunity enhanced knowledge and understanding of water distribution systems, water source maintenance, shared utilization, and the establishment of water user groups through participatory processes. The meeting was attended by 50 participants, including local leaders, community leaders, and users of the project's water resources.
